The Alligator Point Water Board of Directors would like to thank everyone who helped and supported the passage of this expansion. Starting in October 2023, properties that were previously located outside the District boundaries will see a monthly $30 decrease in their water bills. These properties will also see APWRD added to their Ad Valorem Tax TRIM notice. The District uses Ad Valorem tax revenue to fund Capital Improvement projects. The 2023 budget will include the construction of updated water lines for increased fire projection in the Sun & Sands area.
